However, we do respect your right to privacy and will not send notices if you contact us and ask us not to. Cancellation / Refund Policy / Rescheduling / No Show 1. To guarantee a space in the class, registration and payment is required. 2. Walk-in’s Call prior to arriving. All classes are by appointment only. 3. Payment must be received 24 hours before class. 4. Be on Time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to sign in and get ready for class. LATE ARRIVAL’S MAY NOT BE ADMITTED TO CLASS, PER American Heart GUIDELINES. 5. If you need to reschedule, we require that you call our office 24 hours prior to the class. There is a $25.00 reschedule processing fee. 6 Course fee is non-refundable. 7. No Refund will be given for online courses. 8. Replacement card fee for BLS Health Care Provider and Heart Saver Courses is a $25.00 fee. a PDF copy is offered at no charge. 9. HeartlightsCPR, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a class at anytime due to weather conditions or insufficient enrollment. You will be contacted with an opportunity to reschedule class on a different date. 10. We do not offer refunds. HeartlightsCPR,Inc. does not issue refunds if you cancel or do not attend a class. In this case, you forfeit your payment. We reserve the right to make any changes to the policy on a case by case basis. If we determine at any time that a refund will be issued, a $25.00 fee will be charged for credit card. |
